Partner With Us

When we buy into your mission, we're all in.

Tell us about it. If we're not genuinely invested in what your organization is trying to do, we're just another consulting firm sending invoices. So we're honest about fit, and we're honest fast. When it's a yes, you get partners, not vendors.

Most firms will take any client with a budget. We'd rather do fewer projects and care about all of them.

That isn't a marketing line. It's the whole reason Bridge the Gap exists. Between the two of us we've spent our careers inside JP Morgan Chase, Ernst & Young, Dell Technologies, and BerryDunn, and we watched the same thing happen over and over: the organizations doing the hardest, most necessary work in their communities were the ones who could never afford real strategic help. The expertise existed. It just never made it to them.

So we built the bridge. And because we're small, because it's genuinely just us on the other end of the email, we can be honest about what that means: we have to believe in what you're doing to do our best work for you. When we're invested, you don't get a deliverable and a handshake. You get two people who think about your problem in the shower.

If that's the kind of partner you want, tell us what you're working on. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so quickly and point you toward someone who is.

We're probably a great fit if…
  • You're a nonprofit, social enterprise, or local business with a mission you can say out loud
  • You know something's holding you back but can't quite name it yet
  • You've been told real strategy or technology help is out of your budget
  • You want a partner who'll disagree with you when it matters
  • You'd rather fix the root cause than buy a band-aid
We're probably not the right call if…
  • You need a vendor to execute a decision that's already made
  • You're looking for the cheapest possible bid
  • The work would require us to say things we don't believe
  • You need a 40-person team and a war room by Monday

From your first note to real work.

01
You tell us

Fill out the form below, or book a call. Takes five minutes and there's no pitch waiting on the other side.

02
We talk it through

A real conversation about what you're facing. Free, no obligation, and genuinely useful even if we never work together.

03
We're straight with you

If we're the right partner, we'll scope it and price it honestly. If we're not, we'll tell you that too.

04
We build

You get the two of us, invested and accountable, not a junior team you've never met.

Tell us what you're up against.

This goes straight to Luke and Anthony. We read every one and reply either way, usually within a couple of days.

1. Your organization

The basics, so we know who we're talking to.

In your own words: the version you'd tell a friend, not the version on your 990.

2. What you're looking for

Pick anything that sounds like your situation. Not sure? Check "not sure yet." That's a real answer.

Services you're interested in
What's not working, what you've already tried, what it's costing you. Be as blunt as you like.
How soon do you need to move? *
Honest answers help us tell you quickly whether we can help. "We have almost nothing" is a legitimate answer. Ask us about the Fund a Project program.

3. Anything else

Optional, but this is the part we read most closely.

What made you reach out to Bridge the Gap specifically? It genuinely helps us know whether we're the right partner.

We'll only use this to talk with you about your project. Nothing else, no lists, ever.

We've got it.

Thanks for trusting us with this. Luke and Anthony read every request personally. You'll hear back from one of us within a couple of days, either way.

Grab 30 minutes with both of us.

No pitch, no pressure. Bring a problem and we'll think about it with you, whether or not it ever turns into a project.
